However, it's important to acknowledge that this journey has been a learning process—a journey of continuous improvement and discovery. We've faced challenges, made mistakes, and learned valuable lessons along the way. But through perseverance and a shared commitment to making a positive impact on our planet, we've made significant strides towards greener practices.
Of course, none of this would be possible without our loyal Alberta communities. Your unwavering support and enthusiasm for our craft pizza and craft beer have propelled us to this achievement. Whether you've been with us since the beginning or just discovered The Mash restaurants recently, we extend our heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you.
From sourcing local ingredients, reusing brewers’ spent grain for our pizza dough, and upcycling preloved materials to furnish and decorate our restaurant spaces’, every decision we make is guided by our commitment to regenerative practices.
