How do we use beer to make pizza?
At The Mash we believe in practicing sustainability through waste reduction and repurposing materials. We take the spent-grain that occurs as a byproduct of brewing craft beer and upcycle it to make our one-of-a-kind pizza dough.
Our crispy and fluffy spent-grain crust makes a perfect base for our unique and chef-curated pizzas!

All of the tasty craft beer served at The Mash is brewed locally in Cochrane, Alberta by the family-owned & operated Half Hitch Brewing Company.

Do you take reservations?
Most locations will accept reservation requests for 6 or more. Please call the restaurant to request a reservation.
Do you sell gift cards?
We do offer dine-in gift cards! Visit one of our locations to purchase your gift card.
Are you hiring?
Yes! we’re always looking for reliable, enthusiastic restaurant staff.

Are your restaurants kid-friendly?
YES! Our restaurants welcome minors until 9pm. We have kid combos available as well!
Do you have nutritional and allergen information?
We are currently working to build a list of nutritional facts including caloric information and allergen warnings.
Do you have any gluten-friendly options?
We sure do! All of our craft and classic pizzas are available in a 10” cauliflower crust.
Do you have vegan options?
We currently offer a dairy-free cheese alternative, and are working towards a vegan crust!
